Processing & Ship Out Time

Once you place an order with us, it is processed immediately & automatically, we do our best to try and ship out your orders as soon as we can. Our average handling time is 1-2 business days (our warehouses do not operate over weekends and public holidays).

Please note, once your order is placed and confirmed by our system, it is impossible for us to cancel it. The only way is that customers have to return it after receiving it.

After your order is shipped out, it usually takes about 24-48 hours for any tracking services to update.

  • Orders that are placed on Weekends or Holidays will be considered a Next Business day order.(Example: If order is placed on Saturday, it will be considered a Monday order.)
  • Order Cut Off Time: 12:00 PM PST - Any order made after 11:00 AM PST will be considered a Next Business day order (Example: If an order is placed on Monday @ 1:00 PM, it will be considered a Tuesday order)

If your order contains a pre-order or back order item, the item will be shipping out based on the availability. You can check the availability of the item before ordering on the product page.

Making International Orders

Here are some measures to ensure a smooth transaction and purchasing experience on ryokosy.com. If you have experienced an error while purchasing please try the following steps. We have found that these solutions solve a majority of our purchasing issues:

  • Please verify with your bank or credit union if international purchases are permitted
  • Please verify with your bank or credit union if they support AVS 
  • Confirm that your billing address is correct
  • If you have moved (change of address) within 5 years, please try your previous address of residence. We have found that banks may sometimes update the fields used for bank statements but forget to update the AVS fields
  • Use only English characters when inputting billing and shipping address information

How to check your Order Status?

If you set up an account with us on our website, you are able to view and track the status of your order!

Just log into your account and on your dashboard go to "MY ORDERS"
You will get a full history of your orders since the account has been active.You can also find the shipping status and tracking number if it is included.

How can I cancel my order?

Because all orders are processed by our system automatically, it is impossible for us to cancel processed orders.

If the order is not processed yet, then we will try our best to cancel it and refund you according. 

Even if the order was already processed, do not worry! You will be covered under our 30 days Money Back Guarantee. You are more than welcome to return the package to us for a full product refund (Not shipping). When the package arrives, please mark the UNOPENED package as "RETURN TO SENDER" and return it back to the local post office. The package will be sent back to us. 

*We do suggest that you return the package with a TRACKING number to ensure its safe arrival.

Orders on Hold

If your order is on hold there might be a few reasons why it might not be processing:

  • The payment information needs to be verified
  • The product may be out of stock or pre-ordered

After the product is in stock or the billing is verified, the status will change back to Processing.

How long will it take for my payment to be processed?

Most order payments will be processed and authorised immediately.

Once an order is submitted, credit cards will be pre-authorized for the total dollar amount of the order. Although the pre-authorized amount will show up immediately, this does not mean that charges have been made.

In addition to the bank’s authorization, RYOKOSY software systems will run various authorization checks. If the order is not authorized by RYOKOSY the order will not be processed, nor an order confirmation issued. If this occurs the customer will not be charged. However, it will take on average 2-3 business days for the pre-authorized charge to disappear. In certain cases it takes several days for the charges to go away.

Why am I being asked to verify my order?

Your order may be put on hold to protect and serve our customers better. This is one of our methods to prevent fraudulent purchases. You will be asked to send us 2 things:

1) BIN Number (First six digits of the credit card used at purchase)
2) A Photo with the name and billing address from the order on any documents (bills, magazines, etc).

Accepted Payments Options

The payment options that we accept are:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express...)
  • Pre-paid Gift Cards
  • PayPal

At this time we do not accept purchase orders, cash, check or money orders, nor do we offer any sort of layaway or COD service

Payment Pending Review Status

If your order is in Payment Pending Review, it often means that your payment has not been cleared from the bank or PayPal service.

The most common orders that are on hold are from PayPal E-Check.
PayPal E-checks take an average of 3-5 business days to complete.

After the review is over and the payment is cleared, the status will automatically update.
