Available Shipping Methods

Our 3 different warehouses operate around the clock to ensure that your order is being processed and delivered in a timely manner. our warehoused are located in:

  • Los Angeles in USA: to cover mainly United States and Canada. we provide 2 shipping methods
    • USPS 2-5 days with tracking
  • Luton in UK to cover Europe
    • Royal  Mail 1-2 days in UK with tracking
    • Royal Mail 3-6 days to all EU countries with tracking
  • Hong Kong to cover APAC and the rest of the world
    • Standard shipping method 5-14 days with tracking
    • Express shipping method 3-6 days with tracking

Please note: 

  • Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service of the courier. 
  • There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements.
  • While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Policy on Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for any item lost or stolen after the package has been delivered.

To prevent the packages from getting lost, Please make sure to double check the Shipping addresses to ensure correct delivery.

If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify our customer to let him know it is been returned by the post office, and automatically give customer refund for the purchase; however the shipping Charge is non-refundable.

We do not guarantee the delivery time.
While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience.

We will try our best to ship out the purchased item within 1 or 2 Business days.
Most tracking information will update within 24-48 hours after the shipment leaves our facilities.
Standard Shipping methods may or may not provide tracking information.

If no updates are made on your tracking information after 48 hours, please contact our customer support for more assistance.

Shipping Processing Time

While orders will be immediately & automatically processed by our system, will try our best to ship out the purchased item within 24-48 hours, but orders may still be subject to delays in certain circumstances . Many packages will be shipped out sooner than this. (We are unable to ship out packages on Closed days such as Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays) After it has been shipped, it typically takes anywhere from 24-48 hours for any tracking services to update. 

  • Orders that are placed on Weekends or Holidays will be considered a Next Business day order. (Example: If order is placed on Saturday, it will be considered a Monday order.) 
  • Order Cut Off Time: 11:00 AM PST - Any order made after 11:00 AM PST will be considered a Next Business day order (Example: If an order is placed on Monday @ 1:00 PM, it will be considered a Tuesday order)

Backed Orders shipping

All Pre-ordered items have a an expected processing time.

They will begin shipping in Chronological order (first IN first OUT).

If your order has not been shipped out after the mentioned date, please contact our Customer Support team for further updates.

Customs, Duty Taxes and other Additional Charges

The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country and any carrier-related fees.

These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
Purchases of products may be subject to these import taxes, custom duties and fees.
These fees can vary widely from one country to another.

Please note that we must declare the full retail price on the customs invoice.
