Warranty

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we're more than happy to offer you 30 days, no-questions-asked for refunds and exchanges. Within 30 days from the date of your order, we'll refund you the purchase price of your order (without shipping cost) or ship you a brand new item. You just have to send us back the product and the packaging intact and without any blemishes to the product.

We stand behind our products:

We design high quality products that's why we offer a 1-year, hassle-free warranty for our products. Within 1 year from the date of your purchase, if for any reason you're unhappy with your order, simply send an email to support@ryokosy.com detailing the issue and including  few photos of the affected areas. We'll be happy to send you a replacement. While we can in our sole discretion reject warranty claims, such as for abuse of our policies, under almost all circumstances you'll have a brand new OGOKU product shipped out to you ASAP.*

* Maximum number of warranty claims limited to two per product ordered. Warranty applicable only to order made on RYOKOSY webstores.

 1 year limited manufacturer warranty* on a majority of our products. 


RYOKOSY products purchased from distributors or resellers are not covered by the 1 year warranty. 

This warranty is only valid for items that are considered defected. Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error. 

Accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear and tear, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty.  


Important Note: For purchases made on Amazon.com, eBay or any other online marketplaces, the warranty mentioned above may or may not qualify. Only products sold specifically by Official RYOKOSY online stores are covered by these warranties. RYOKOSY products sold by any other seller(s) on these platforms will not qualify.  


Who qualifies for Warranty?  

The RYOKOSY warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-buyer. Proof of purchase is required to qualify for the warranty. 

What qualifies?  

Only products that are purchased directly from RYOKOSY webstores are eligible for this warranty as other sellers/channels may offer different or altered warranties.  

The warranty does not cover the following:  

⋅ Normal wear and tear from daily use of product  
⋅ Product was used for unintended purposes 
⋅ Misuse, mishandling, accident, or other abnormal use of product  
⋅ Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance  
⋅ Product is not genuine or not manufactured by RYOKOSY
⋅ 3rd party purchases are not covered under RYOKOSY warranties 


Warranty Disclaimers 

Except for the express warranties provided herein,  RYOKOSY. makes no express or implied warranties of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product in terms of merchantability, fitness, particular purpose, design, condition, quality, or performance of the product. In addition RYOKOSY will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of products or incidental damages or consequential loss of profits or benefits.  

RYOKOSY reserves the right to waive responsibility for warranty coverage for situations including, but not limited to, other implied warranties from authorized or unauthorized sellers, warranties expressed in written or verbal form for non-genuine or counterfeit RYOKOSY product distributors or vendors, any intentional action to contort or take advantage of the warranty for financial or personal gain. Defection caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or defection caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for the above mentioned warranties. For products that come as a package, only the defected item from the package will be remedied. The original product is needed for any future warranty requests regarding the order. 

RYOKOSY reserves the right to replace, repair, rebuild, and recondition products at RYOKOSY 's sole option. If the product under warranty becomes inactive or no longer in production, RYOKOSY reserves the right to replace the inactive product. 
with a similar or better product in accordance to RYOKOSY judgment and discretion. Excluding the express warranty provided, RYOKOSY, in no event shall be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use of any RYOKOSY product, including, but without limitation, device damage, data loss, or personal injury. 

Wrong Items Received

We apologise sincerely if this is the case!

We do our best to get your order right the first time, but due to the high volumes of orders we package, there is a small chance we might get the orders mixed up. But you do not have to worry, our CS team will be more than happy to help. Just drop us a line at  support@ryokosy.com

  1. Include a photo of the wrong item that you received.
  2. Please include in your Subject Line "Wrong Item Received" with your order ID#.
  3. We will send the correct item out as soon as we can!

Our Return Policy

ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH RYOKOSY.COM

  • We guarantee all merchandise sold by ryokosy.com.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund (item cost excluding the shipping if any shipping fees were applied).
  • Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.
  • After 30 days, Ryokosy cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

To return an item purchased via ryokosy.com.

    1. Pack and return the item in the original packaging.
    2. Include your order number and your reason for return.
    3. Send us an email to support@ryokosy.com, and include a tracking number and your order number.
    4. Address your Package to:

                   Once we receive your e-mail, our customer service team will send you the shipping details.  

 RYOKOSY warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. 

 

ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH OTHER RETAIL LOCATIONS

We do not offer returns or exchanges on products purchased at locations other than RYOKOSY webstore.. 

 



Requirements for Returns: 

  • Must include a valid original purchase Order number provided by www.ryokosy.com (All purchases made outside of www.ryokosy.com must contact their seller regarding returns).
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
  • Return shipping is at buyer's cost (if the item purchased is not defected)
  • Customer will be only given a Product Refund. Shipping & Handling will NOT be refunded.


*Recommended: We suggest adding a tracking number/ delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure that your return item is received. RYOKOSY. is not liable for any Lost or Stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
*Please Note: All Sale and Promotional Items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

Refunds

When a customer receives a faulty case, we can offer a refund ONLY if the product purchased is not available or out of stock. Normally a free replacement will be sent.

If customer changed his mind, and would like a refund, we can offer a refund (without shipping fees)  after receiving back the case in its original packaging.

After 60 days from the date of the purchase, no refund will be issued.
