- Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.
- After 30 days, Ryokosy cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

Requirements for Returns:
- Must include a valid original purchase Order number provided by www.ryokosy.com (All purchases made outside of www.ryokosy.com must contact their seller regarding returns).
- Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- Return shipping is at buyer's cost (if the item purchased is not defected)
- Customer will be only given a Product Refund. Shipping & Handling will NOT be refunded.
